This rustic American Flag features hand carved stars (yes, all 50 were carved by hand, a process that takes over an hour!), and is made from solid wood that is hand burned to give it extra character.  Each stripe of the Flag is individually burned and stained before being glued together, and then the stars are hand carved and the Flag is trimmed to its final size.  After some sanding we finish each Flag with polyurethane for a long lasting protective finish.
 
The traditional flag design is made to the proper proportions, so no matter what size you order it will look great.  We take great care and pride in ensuring the finished product shows our respect for this great Country and the men & women that sacrificed for our freedom.  #freedomisntfree
 
Each Flag will be custom made and due to the nature of wood each piece can vary slightly from the pictures.  We hand select each piece of wood that  goes into our Flags so that each one will look great and shows off its unique character and wood grain.
